have junior for less
are you undecided on which hospital you should go to if/when the baby comes?
although it's not applicable to me yet, i thought this would help many mummies-to-be out there:

Hi rouge,
Been reading your journal for quite awhile. Have faith. And thanks for the link. Now I know I can deliver at Thomson for less than what I will have to pay for at KKH :(

You're telling me man! I have to deliver at Mt E cos gyne's there...more senang. It's hell expensive! There's more detailed info on services of each hospital in this month's 'Baby magazine. It's new and a spin off from Motherhood or something.
Kandang Kerbau Hospital just doesn't sound/look good on your kid's health booklet/birth cert lah... think abt it.. hehehe
hey bett, glad to be of help.
auntie G, i expect ur hospital bill to be a walloping amount! let's pray u deliver normally. :p
fida, i was born in KK tau! and damn proud of it. hehe. but if i'm having kids, i'll do it elsewhere cos of the level of service. not cos of the namelah.
Ooh right... not only the name sux, the service (or rather, the 'misi') sucks! They can scold you when you're in pain asking you to shuddup. Weird right?
Hi Rini, been reading your blog a while now and just decided to de-lurk so a hello to you :)
Just to share, I delivered at EastShore mainly cos its nearest to home in Bedok and cos my gynae (Dr Heng) is there. Though its one of the cheapest private hospitals, my bill was PHWOAR! cos of complications after delivery but service was impeccable and I'd recommend I'd recommend my gynae and EastShore anytime! :)
hey huzz!
we share the same gynae then...hehehe...dr heng's such a wonderful lady & i'm totally at ease wf her! so rini, if u ever want to change your gynae, do consider dr heng tung lan..she also has 2 clinics, one at bedok & the other at east shore hospital itself.
oppss! sori rini, tat msg was from me...XXXGEMXXX
wei aunty, this news article was written in May 2004 lehhh...
i think some hospitals have revised their fees since? i thought raffles not that ex... normal delivery (1 bedded, 2 days) package price $1388 (medisave claimable $1050!)...
resourceful jugak saya. haha.
if raffles is that cheap now, i'm SOOO going there!
